Aalc knows that the best way to service our customers and keep them satisfied is to offer them as many choices as we can. One size doesn’t fit all and that definitely holds true for shipping needs. Depending on the size of your company, the business you are in and the size of your customer base, your needs could be vastly different than someone else’s needs.
We have cultivated and nurtured relationships with some of the largest carriers in the business. The result of these relationships means incredibly low shipping rates for our customers.
Not only do you have options when it comes to carriers, but customers also have a wide array of choices when it comes to shipping methods. Options include inexpensive options for items you do not need right away to more expensive expedited shipping methods when you need something fast. There is something available to meet all your needs and all budgets.
Our main goal is to keep our clients happy and 100% satisfied with our services. We never stop trying to improve ourselves and our business.
Some of the shippers we work with include:
- USPS Express, Priority, First Class Mail and Flat Rate Shipping
- FedEx and FedEx Freight
Let’s take a closer look at some of the features for these shipping options.
USPS Express Mail
This option can be used for both domestic and international shipments. It is considered one of the fastest methods for shipping packages. Tracking is available on items, though real-time data on international items is not as reliable as other methods.
There are limitations on the size of packages when using this method for international shipments. Insurance is available at an additional charge.
USPS First Class Mail
This method is best used for regular mail. It is not recommended for package shipments as it is not that fast and does not provide tracking data for items. This should be reserved for correspondence mailings only.
USPS Priority Mail
This service is very similar to the Express mail option. We recommend reserving this method for domestic shipments and there are some issues with reliability and tracking information with international packages.
USPS Flat Rate Shipping
This is a great method for domestic package shipping that you are not in any great rush to receive. It is a money saver and we recommend using this when speed is not a concern. It is very reliable, but it should be noted that tracking is not available with this method. There are size restrictions as well with this option.
Our best recommendation for customers shipping packages internationally is the FedEx option. There are great rates available and the service is very reliable and quick.
FedEx also provides a service that notifies customers if additional fees are required when your packages arrive at customs. You can take care of the charges conveniently online. Additionally, someone must be available to pick up the package within a 5 day time period or it will be sent back.
This option is the best choice for larger shipments. By shipping in bulk, there are additional discounts available to customers.
If you have any issues with customs, we can provide some assistance but we are unable to take care of anything on your behalf. You, as the shipper, are responsible for any customs related inquiries. We can assist you with filling out forms, etc., but, again, they must be filled out by you - the shipper.
If you generally ship the same types of things to the same places you can conveniently select a preferred shipping method on your account to alleviate the need to choose one each time a package that is forwarded to you.
